Kimberly believes work should matter: people and organizations do their best when they have purpose and the tools to succeed.
She has devoted her career to helping people and organizations get better at what they do. All successful change—from adopting new habits to organizational transformation—starts by building a solid foundation. Clients work with Kimberly to discover what matters, set the course, and strike the path.
Kimberly has over 25 years experience as a coach, human resources executive, and management consultant. She draws upon this experience and tools from appreciative inquiry, positive psychology and human development to help senior leaders and their teams achieve great results. Before starting Scalable Leader, Kimberly was vice president of Human Resources for Managers Investment Group, and worked in the Global Human Resources Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kimberly has an MBA from Chicago Booth, a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Professional Credentialed Coach through the International Coach Federation. She is a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and is certified in Immunity to Change Coaching and numerous psychometric assessment tools. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, two stepdaughters, and one Whippet who is a very good girl.
Scalable Leader is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women.
Sarah joined Scalable Leader in 2019 and currently has over 7 years of administrative experience. She provides general administrative support so that Kimberly can focus on what matters most, empowering clients to fulfill their potential as leaders.
Sarah has a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University and a BS in Political Science from East Carolina University. In her free time, she enjoys collecting 90s memorabilia, obsessing about Star Wars, and spending time with her husband and two Boston Terriers.
