Kimberly Togman, Founder
Kimberly is an executive and leadership coach who helps high-achieving senior leaders step up to something greater. She’s dedicated her career to helping organizations, and the people who power them, accelerate effectiveness and drive meaningful, lasting change.

With more than 25 years of experience as an executive coach, HR executive, and management consultant, Kimberly brings deep expertise and a sharp understanding of business dynamics to her clients. She led HR at Managers Investment Group, consulted with PwC, and held fractional CHRO roles with two Series B startups. Her work with driven, intelligent changemakers spans industries including professional and legal services, finance, tech, startups, and non-profits.
A graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching, Kimberly is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation. She is certified in Immunity to Change Coaching, the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership, and a range of psychometric assessment tools. She also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Kimberly serves on the boards of the Foundation of the Forum for Executive Women and the Philadelphia Outward Bound School.
She and her husband, Geoff, live in Philadelphia and are building a house in Maine—partly as a lure for their adult daughters, and partly to give their whippet space to tromp in the woods.
