Kimberly Togman, Founder

Kimberly Togman believes that work should matter. With over 25 years of experience as a coach, human resources executive, and management consultant, she has devoted her career to helping people and organizations get better at what they do. She draws upon tools from appreciative inquiry, positive psychology, and human development to help senior leaders and their teams achieve great results. Clients work with Kimberly to discover what matters, set the course, and strike the path.

Before starting Scalable Leader, Kimberly was vice president of Human Resources for Managers Investment Group and worked in the Global Human Resources Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has first-hand experience working inside financial services, technology, and early-stage companies. Kimberly knows what it’s like to lead in a company because she’s been there herself.

Her coaching approach is practical yet intellectually and emotionally rigorous. She starts by identifying an improvement goal that, when achieved, will have the most significant impact on the leader’s effectiveness. Kimberly’s coaching is not just about approaching problems differently; it’s about learning how to be different. 

She has an MBA from Chicago Booth and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Professional Credentialed Coach through the International Coach Federation, a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and is certified in Immunity to Change Coaching, 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Coaching, and numerous psychometric assessment tools.

Scalable Leader is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women.
